Sustainability Ethos

We’re working to reduce our carbon footprint and adopt more environmentally responsible practices. We are excited to implement the following changes in order to reduce our impact and become a more responsible business. 

Reduce, reuse, recycle! All of our to-go food and drink containers are compostable and/or recyclable; however, those products are still more expensive and more environmentally impactful than using washable and reusable dishware. For this reason, we have attached a $.25 fee for to-go beverage cups and $.50 for to-go food containers.   

Eat and source local. We are aiming to work with only the best vendors, to source healthy and responsible foods and products, as well as reduce our waste.
